  • Click on Purchase Invoice Or use shortcut key Alt + P.(optional)

  • Fill up all necessary information and then click on Save.

You can Directly record payment of bill from purchase invoice list.

  • Tap on the unpaid purchase invoice in which you want to record transaction.
  • Click on Record payment button, the record payment popup will open.
  • Enter Account, amount and tap on Record Payment Button. The Transaction will be automatically saved and payment will be recorded.
