An estimate is a quote or a proposal for the products you sell or the services you render to your clients to take your business forward.
Activate Estimate Feature:
You can Activate Estimate Feature by following the given steps:
- Click on the Settings Menu.
- Click on Extensions.
- Turn on the Switch which is below of Estimate.
( Tip: You can also activate or deactivate other extensions like Production or Purchase Order from there.)
Now you can access Estimate feature from Accounts.
- Click on Accounts Menu.
- Click on Estimates.
- Click the Add New Estimate button, that is visible on top right corner.
- After that select Customer and Items in Estimate.
- After completing estimate details, click on Save & Send Button. Now you can send email of estimate to your customer.
- After Saving you can see the Created Estimate.
- Now you can do such actions on that like Send email, Print, Download, Edit or Delete
- You can also convert your Estimate to Invoice by just clicking on Convert to Invoice Button.
