How to Create a New GST Invoice?

Invoices are a big part of any business. Invoice helps you to know the exact amount of Sales, GST you have made in your business.

• This feature includes invoice download, print, share (via Email & SMS) and Edit and delete option.
• Bearbook will manage payment update of any customer with due date and due amount using this feature.

Follow simple step to Create Sales Invoice with GST:

• You can create Sales invoice in 4 ways.

1. Quick Links → Sales Invoice.
2. Quick Create → Sales Invoice.
3. Shortcut → Alt+S
4. Accounts → Sales → Add New Invoice.

• Fill up all necessary information.
• Check mark Email Send To and SMS Send To, if you want to directly send this invoice to your customer’s mobile number and Email ID.
• Click on Save and Send.
• Invoice will be saved and sent to your customer.

• You can also add Sales Order of any customer while creating any new invoice.
• For that first select the customer then click on Add Sales Order and select the sales order and make the necessary changes and save it.
• Sales Order will be converted into Sales Invoice.

• In below screen you can see few icons through which you can Send Email, SMS, Print Invoice and Download PDF of Invoice, Record Payment for Invoice, Edit Invoice, Print Delivery Note and Delete Invoice respectively.

• You can change Invoice template from Settings → Invoice Designer.

• You can change Sales settings like Terms and conditions, Add additional fields(Like Service Tax, Courier Charges, Shipping,etc.) from Settings → Sales.‍
